Customs and International Shipping Policy
1.1. Submission Process and General Structure
PARFUMANE evaluates international shipments on an order-by-order basis. Prepared products are packaged with standard protection measures and delivered to the carrier company. The international transportation process has a multi-stage structure that covers not only the procedures at the point of origin where PARFUMANE is located, but also the legislation of the destination country.
The carrier company and shipping model are selected taking into account the content of the order and ease of transportation.
1.2. Customs Procedures and Taxation
For international deliveries, each country may impose taxes, duties or additional processing fees on the product in accordance with its own domestic legislation. Such practices are outside the control of PARFUMANE and are at the discretion of the recipient country's customs authority .
In this context:
- Customs duties or import fees may be reflected to the buyer at the rates determined by the relevant country.
- In some countries, additional documentation or user declaration may be requested before delivery.
- Delivery time may be beyond the estimated time depending on customs inspection process.
The Perfumery presents the necessary documents in an orderly manner during shipment but does not interfere with customs procedures.
1.3. Buyer's Responsibility
When placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for researching the destination country's customs, import and excise regulations in advance. Parfümane is not responsible for any delays, additional charges or delivery barriers that may occur due to customs processing.
If the product is not allowed to be imported by the relevant country, the carrier may send the product back or destroy it according to local legislation. In this case, the product price cannot be refunded.
1.4. Support and Information
PARFUMANE provides the user with general information about the customs process; however, it does not provide binding information on country-based tax rates, processing times or official procedures.
Requests for support regarding customs processes are limited to document verification and shipment record provision only. The recipient is required to communicate directly with customs.
