Delivery and Shipping Policy
1.1. Order Preparation
Each order placed through PARFUMANE is entered into the system to be prepared within one (1) business day at the latest after the payment transaction is approved. The order preparation process includes the following stages:
- Product and quantity control,
- Confirmation of content integrity,
- Labeling and final quality control processes,
- Providing transportation protection appropriate to the physical form of the product (taking into account the distinction between glass, liquid and solid),
- Preparation of shipping documents and adding them to the cargo package.
The preparation process is carried out in a regular and stable time period that does not require technical intervention, depending on the content of the order and the type of product. It is essential that this period is not extended; in extraordinary circumstances (such as system failures, technical interventions or public holidays), the processing time can be updated by informing the user.
1.2. Delivery Process and Deadline
After the order is delivered to the carrier, the product is delivered to the user within one (1) to three (3) business days in accordance with the carrier's operational calendar. This period is defined as the "delivery period".
The lead time may vary depending on the following variables:
- Distribution frequency and infrastructure access in the recipient's region,
- Regional density status of the carrier company,
- Weather conditions, administrative restrictions or force majeure.
PARFUMANE does not directly control the transportation process; however, shipment tracking information is shared with the user completely and guiding support is provided in case of possible delays.
1.3. Packaging and Physical Protection Measures
All products are packaged according to the following principles against external risks that may occur during transportation:
- Glass and liquid products: Protected with foam, cardboard inner support and sealing applications.
- Solid form products (soap, balm, solid perfume): Surface protective intermediate layers and fixed placement method are applied.
- Multiple orders: Products are positioned so that they do not touch each other and balance is ensured within the box.
Each package is designed to ensure that neither the physical structure nor the aesthetic presentation of the product is damaged during transportation. The materials used for protection at this stage are recyclable.
1.4. Transport Process and Limits of Liability
PARFUMANE undertakes to ship the order in accordance with its contract with the transportation company; however, it assumes liability within the following limits in case of damage, delay or loss that may occur during transportation:
- From the moment the order is delivered to the carrier company, responsibility passes to the carrier.
- The user can track the current status of the shipment with the cargo tracking number sent to him/her.
- In case of delays in delivery, Parfümane may provide informative and guiding support; however, it has no right to intervene directly.
- In cases of damaged deliveries, visual and written records are requested from the user and a procedure is initiated with the relevant transportation company.
1.5. Completion of Delivery and Readiness of the Product for Use
When the order is delivered, the product is expected to be in a usable condition. This means that the packaging is undamaged, the integrity of the content is intact and the presentation order is preserved.
If the user detects any technical or physical differences that may occur with the product after delivery, it is recommended to contact Parfümane in writing. Feedback is only used to record user experience and for process improvements.
