Distance Selling Contract Policy

1.1. Definition and Scope
This document defines the distance sales relationship established with respect to orders placed electronically through Parfümane.

An order placed by the user in an environment where the user is not physically present falls within the scope of this policy. The sales transaction comes into effect with the completion of the order and approval of the payment process.

  • The distance sales contract covers the following elements:
  • Type, quantity and price of the ordered product
  • Delivery method and time
  • Payment Method
  • Basic rights and responsibilities of the user
  • PARFUMANE obligations


1.2. Establishment of the Contract and Commencement
With the order confirmation, the user is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this policy. After the payment process is completed, the order is processed and the product preparation process begins. From this moment on, the contract is in force between the parties.


1.3. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

According to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, personal care and hygiene products (perfume, oil, The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been opened, used or tested (e.g. soap, body care products, etc.).

Since PARFUMANE products are products that come into direct contact with the skin or the respiratory tract, the right of withdrawal only applies under the following conditions:

If the product has never been physically opened or used.

If the user submits a written cancellation request before the product transfer process is completed.

This exception applies both for health reasons and due to the individual contact nature of the product.


1.4. Cancellation Requests and Process
The user may request cancellation in writing until the preparation phase after the order is confirmed. Cancellation is not possible if the order has been taken into preparation or delivered to the carrier.

Cancellation requests must only be submitted in writing to support@parfumane.com . Verbal cancellation requests received over the phone are not considered valid.


1.5. Dispute Status and Appeal Authorities
In case of disputes that may arise between the parties, the user has the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where he/she resides. Perfume is open to prioritizing mutual solutions between the parties and continuing written communication.
